AccessABILITY Business Guide (“we”, “us” or “AccessABILITY”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information about users (“you”,
“your” or the “user”) of the AccessABILITY Business Guide Application (the “Service”). Your use of the
Service constitutes acceptance of and agreement with this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms
of this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the Service. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined
herein will have the meanings given in
- CHANGES TO TERMS
This Privacy Policy may be updated by AccessABILITY from time to time. AccessABILITY expressly reserves
the right to make any changes to this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to you. All such
updates and changes are effective immediately upon posting a revised version of this Privacy Policy
within the Service. You should view this Privacy Policy frequently to stay informed of changes that may
affect you. If any change to this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your only remedy is to stop
accessing and using the Service. - CONSENT
You hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by AccessABILITY
in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Your consent hereunder may be withdrawn at any
time by contacting us at admin@accessabilitybg.com. Any withdrawal of your consent may impact our
ability to provide the Service to you. - COLLECTION
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for an Account,
when you participate in activities on the Service and when you contact us, including:
a. your name;
b. your basic contact information; and
c. your Account information and password.
We may also automatically collect personal information related to your use of the Service, including:
a. geolocation information;
b. device data, characteristics and usage information; and
c. technical data such as IP address, visited webpages, internet browser, operating system,
language preferences, referring URLs, information about how and when you use the Service and
other technical data.
In addition to the above, embedded code may collect personal information for tools that we use to
improve the Service, such as cookies, web beacons and mobile device identifiers, including:
a. log and usage data;
b. device data; and

Service, including:
a. to facilitate Account creation, authentication and management;
b. to deliver and facilitate delivery of the Service to you;
c. to respond to user inquiries and offer support to users;

e. to enable user-to-user communications;
f. to request feedback;
g. to send you marketing and promotional communications;
h. to deliver targeted advertising to you;
i. to post testimonials;
j. to protect the Service;
k. to evaluate and improve the Service, marketing, and your experience;
l. to identify and respond to usage trends; and

Under certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information, including:
a. when we are required or authorized by law to do so, for example if a court issues a subpoena;
b. when you have consented to the disclosure;
c. if we engage a third party to provide IT services to us (like computer back-up services or archival
file storage) and the third party is bound by our privacy policy, please note that such service
provider(s) may be located outside of Canada;
d. if the information is already publicly known;
e. where we are permitted to do so under applicable privacy laws.
We may engage third parties to:
a. process payments (if applicable);
b. provide client support;
c. perform services related to the Service;
d. perform analytics services;
e. perform storage or cloud-based services;
f. provide marketing services;
g. provide services related to your Account.

These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf
and are contractually bound not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- RETENTION
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this
Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting,
or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information
for longer than 6 months past the termination of your Account.
When we no longer require retention of your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize
such information, or if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and
isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. - SECURITY
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures
designed to protect the security of any personal information we collect or process. However, despite our
safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or
information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we make no representation or
warranty that unauthorized third parties will not improperly access your personal information.
Transmission of personal information to and from the Service is undertaken at your own risk. You should
only access the Service within a secure environment. You should not disclose your Account credentials to
any other person. - THIRD PARTY TECHNOLOGY
Third party technology may be appropriate or necessary for use of the Service or portions thereof. The
collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in connection with use of such third party
technology is governed by the terms of the third party privacy policy specified by the applicable provider
and not by us nor under this Privacy Policy. - MARKETING
You may opt-in to receive marketing communications from AccessABILITY. If you opt-in to receive
marketing communications from us, we may use your contact details to send you general updates
regarding our news, special offers and promotions. You may opt-out of receiving these updates at any
time by following the opt-out instructions in the communication or by contacting us at
admin@accessabilitybg.com. Please note that, if you opt-out, we may still communicate with you in
certain circumstances, including to send messages related to the Service, your Account, to respond to
support requests and for other non-marketing purposes. - ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If you would like to review or change the information in your Account or terminate your Account, you
can log in to your Account, navigate to settings, and review or update such information. Upon receipt of
your request to terminate your Account, we will deactivate or delete your Account and information from
our active databases. However, we may retain certain information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot
problems, assist with any investigations or comply with applicable legal requirements. - YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to your personal information, including information that you’ve provided to us and
information that we have collected. You may at any time request correction or erasure of your personal
information and object to any processing of your personal information by emailing us at

instance if we are under a legal obligation to maintain your personal information. You may also amend
certain personal details using your Account.
- TERMS OF SERVICE
This Privacy Policy is subject to and incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. To review our
Terms of Service, email admin@accessabilitybg.com. - APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the
Province of Alberta and federal laws of Canada, as applicable. The parties submit to the exclusive
